Appointment policies

I request at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. If more than three cancellations occur within 6 months, I will expect prepayment before the session.  If you prepay and do not show up, there will be no refunds given.  If you have to leave for an emergency, I will refund 50% of the prepayment to you. 

I understand that there are true emergencies, and a 24-hour notice cannot be given. I allow 2 of these before booking will become prepaid. 

Please do not come to the appointment if you have a fever or have taken fever-reducing medication. As you are still contagious.  Please do not book an appointment if there are any gastrointestinal issues within 72 hrs, such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, as I see clientele who can be susceptible to infection, and I don't want to bring anything home to my family. 

If you have any contagious skin conditions, large open/deep wounds that are uncovered, please do not book an appointment until the condition has cleared. 

*There is a processing fee of 2.9% +.15 cents for card transactions, cash/check does not have a fee.

Please note that if you are late for your appointment, that will be deducted from the service and the full price will be charged if more than 10 minutes late.  If more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be canceled automatically.
