Appointment policies

I request at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. If more than three cancellations occur within 6 months, I will expect prepayment before the session.  If you prepay and do not show up, there will be no refunds given.  If you have to leave or have an emergency, I will refund 50% of the prepayment to you. 

I understand that there are true emergencies, and a 24-hour notice cannot be given. I allow 2 of these before booking will become prepaid. 

Please do not come to the appointment if you have a fever or have taken fever-reducing medication. As you are still contagious.  Please do not book an appointment if there are any gastrointestinal issues within 72 hrs, such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, as I see clientele who can be susceptible to infection, and I don't want to bring anything home to my family. 

If you have any contagious skin conditions, large open/deep wounds that are uncovered, please do not book an appointment until the condition has cleared.
