Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage Upper shoulders/face/head/neck

This technique combines fascia release and lymphatic drainage components that help to decongest lymph nodes, move lymph so it can be eliminated by the body and restore fascial movement.  The movements are rhythmic and the touch is light. 

Multiple sessions are recommended to get the full benefit of MFLD, eventually spacing out sessions into the maintenance stage. 

*Please note that I am a level 1 practitioner and I am not able to work on individuals who have had lymph nodes removed, or radiation, or trauma that effects the lymph nodes ability to drain at this time.*

Hot Stone/Swedish Hybrid Massage

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. 

I use an abbreviated set to target the main areas of the shoulders, back, arms, and legs. I also incorporate Swedish hand strokes into the massage.  This massage is for anyone who likes a deeper penetrating massage without the intensity of deep tissue work.

Contraindications for Hot Stone Massage In addition to the standard contraindications for massage, hot stone massage has additional contraindications and precautions. The following is a partial list of common conditions which are considered contraindications or precautions for hot stone massage: Blood clot, Hematoma, Cancer, Diabetes, Pregnancy, Impaired Sensation, Cardiovascular disease, High/low blood pressure, Bleeding disorder, Certain medications, Phlebitis / varicose veins, Autoimmune conditions, Edema / lymphedema, Skin lesions or open wounds Acute injuries or conditions, Injured areas, Infections, Neuropathy, Sunburn / rash, Heat sensitivity.

Swedish Massage Full body

This massage uses longer, broad strokes to facilitate the body into a state of relaxation.  Hot towels to melt away stress, and aromatherapy scented oils are available for use. 

Energetic Massage

I combine four therapies that I have learned to create an energetic massage that incorporates crystals, tuning forks, sound and Reiki along with traditional Swedish massage strokes.  This service is well rounded and excellent for anyone who wants to get the benefit of therapeutic touch, as well as energy work.  Soft music, essential oils diffusing create an atmosphere of rest and release so that you feel refreshed in body and spirit.  

Reiki Energy Healing

Usui Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan.  It is a gentle form of energy healing that helps to clear the chakras of the body, by re-establishing the flow from source.  It can be administered either by laying of hands on the body, or hovering above the chakras.  The receiving of Reiki helps the individual heal themselves by allowing trapped energies and emotions to be recognized and then released, allowing for the individuals energy to flow freely. 

Energy Work (Intuitive Healing) single session in person

An intuitive healing session is designed for me, the practitioner, to access any hidden energetic cords/attachments, soul contracts/agreements, shift energy for healing, core story work (trauma), past life work, and soul retrieval that negatively impacts your daily life.

These sessions are designed to help you facilitate your own healing by working through and addressing any of these energetic issues in your session. I have completed my certification through the talented Eva Nelson of Eva Nelson Healing. I look forward to using my gifts to facilitate your own healing journey.
